We respect the environment, the territory, the vineyards, the grapes, the wines and the human being.
We dedicate great attention to the basic elements that is: grapes – must -wine and we do our best to follow its potential, transformation, change and final result.
MIssion
We pay great attention to the sensory evaluation of the variety
We pay great attention to the sensory evaluation of the variety of the wines and the soil they grow out of , to the role of the yeast and its fermentation, and we do our best to improve the wines’ essential and ever-changing characteristics.
We try to transfer our creativity, feelings and emotions into the bottle and then into the glass to be sipped, appreciated and shared. We look for the perfect combination of the territory, vine and man enhancing the wines’ elegance and harmony, the complexity and the balance, the originality and pleasantness.
We believe wines come into being from culture, research and an active tradition that is updated constantly.
A “great” wine isn’t the result of sheer coincidence, it is always the result of a project where the territory and the raw material are the foundations, the techniques and the technology are the fundamentals and the intuitive aspect and creativity are the style and the personality of the final product.
